ST/ 01 : 04 to 07 Days Kalimpong Nature & Culture Treks :

• Altitude 1500 m
• Grade easy.
• Open throughout the year except June to Aug

This is a trek based at the Samthar Farm House, far from crowds.at a comfortable altitude with easy walking trails. Explore the remote mountain countryside. Forests, river valleys, ethnic hamlets, and terraced cultivation. Meet people in their homes and fields. Minimum 04 days. Includes sightseeing at Kalimpong River rafting available as add-on.

ST/ 02: 05 Days Singelila Sandakphu Trek :

• Max Elevation: 3636 m 
• Grade: Moderate 
• Period : Mar-May and Oct to Dec 

This trek climbs steeply from the road head at Maneybhanjan at 2134 m, for three days to reach the Sandakphu –Phalut ridge at an altitude of 3600 m. Enroute there are the lovely forests of the Singelila National Park, and the view point of Tonglu. From Sandakphu there are breathtaking views of the Khandchendzonga Range towering over a basin of silver firs and Rhododendrons, in the foreground. In the West the peaks of the Mount Everest group are visible, whilst on the East lie the Chola Range with views of passes leading into Tibet. The knee wobbling descent to the road head at Rimbik is through forests with flora, flowers and mountain streams.

ST/ 03: 07 Days Sandakphu - Phalut Trek :

• Max Elevation: 3636 m
• Grade: Moderate
• Period: Mar to May and Oct to Dec

This treks climbs steeply from the road head at Maneybhanjan, at 2134 m, for three days to reach the Sandakphu –Phalut ridge at an altitude of 3600 m. Enroute there are the lovely forests of the Singelila National Park, and the view pint of Tonglu. From Sandakphu there are breathtaking views of the Khangchendzonga Range towering over a basin of silver firs and Rhododendrons, in the foreground. In the West the peaks of the Mount Everest group are visible, whilst on the East lie the Chola Range with views of passes leading into Tibet. The trek from Sandakphu to Phalut is along the undulating 3500 m high ridge passing through meadows, forests full of wild flowers and himalayan flora, with the mighty peaks towering in the background. The descent to the road head at Rimbik through the Rammam River Valley, with its gurgling streams and diverse flowering flora is a visual delight.

ST/ 04: Dzongri Meadows Trek :

Trek through forests with Himalayan flora to the Alpine Yak meadows of Dzongri. Walk upto DablaKhang, the peak from where the sikkimese worship Mount Khangchendzonga. Incredible views of 6000 to 8000 m high peaks of the Khangchendzonga group, upland meadows, yaks, lakes and glaciers.

ST/ 05: 10 Days Goche-la Trek :

• Grade: Moderate to strenuous
• Period: Apr-May and Oct to Nov

Trek through forests with Himalayan flora to the Alpine Yak meadows of Dzongri. Walk upto Dabla Khang, the peak from where the Sikkimese ruler worshiped, Mount Khangchendzonga. Incredible views of 6000 to 8000 m high peaks of the Khangchendzonga group. Continue along the Praig chu valley to Goche-la pass at 5000 m, for close up views of Khangchendzonga. Upland meadows, yak grazing grounds, lakes and glaciers.

ST/ 06: 15 Days Sikkim Singelila to Goche-la :

• Max Elevation: 5000 m
• Grade: Moderate to strenuous
• Period: May and Oct
• Minimum of  04 persons permitted

The original Sikkim- Singelila trek has been modified to avoid crossing into Nepal, due to security concerns. Starting from Uterey, at 1800 m, and avoiding the the spine of the Singelila Range,  the trek crosses from the Khalej Khola Valley across the 2680 m high Naythem Ridge, to descends to the Rimbi Khola Valley, at Chongri Village, 2175 m. Thereafter begins an steep four days climb to attain the Dapheybir ridge, 4420m. Thereafter following the ancient grazing trail of the yak herdsmen, we trek through the grazing grounds of Gomathang, 3735 and Pangding, 4210, to reach  Dzongri meadows, on the ninth day. Baring the village of Chongri, there is no habitation. It is the domain of lakes, glacial valleys, gurgling streams, cascades, chiseled snow peaks, yak pastures, forests, Rhododendrons, wildlife, birds, and breathtaking views of 6000 to 8000 m high peaks of the Khangchendzonga group. From Dzongri the trek continues along the Praig chu valley, finally climbing  the Goche-la pass at 5000 m, for close up views of Khangchendzonga, glaciers and other great peaks. The return route is via Tshokha to Yoksum.

ST/ 07: 08 Days Barsey (Vershay) Rhododendron Sanctuary Trek :

• Max Elevation 3733 m. Views of Everest & Khangchendzonga
• Grade : Moderate
• Period: March- Apr and Oct-Nov.
• Best for flowers in bloom March- Early April
• Best for views: Nov
• Includes stay at Yangsum Farm, exploration of Sikkimese Village of Rinchenpong, and visiting Pamayangtse Monastery.

Away from crowds, moderately paced, this is rated by us, as the best trekking experience in Sikkim. After a day exploring the village of Rinchenpong with its wooded walks, and ancient monastery, the trek starts at the picturesque Sikkimese village of Hee- Bermoik, 1800 m, and traverses through the upper reaches of the Rhododendron Sanctuary to the Everest view point at Phoktey Dara. 3733 m, to finally descend to the Khalej Valley and visit the Pamayangtse Monastery. A dream trail for nature lovers. the sanctuary supports a wide variety of habitat comprising Sub-tropical, Mixed broadleaf, conifer, and Alpine. Walk through pristine forests of  Silver Fir, hemlocks, magnolia, and Rhododendrons. Breathtaking views of Mount Khangchendzonga, and the Mount  Everest group, river valleys, picturesque camping, More than 200 species of birds, and a range of mammals - Leopard, Leopard-cat, Yellow throated Marten, Palm Civet, Goral, Barking Deer, Himalayan Black Bear, Wild boar, Red Panda, Flying squirrel, Crestless porcupine, Himalayan mouse- hare and others.
